1.      COMPLAINT LETTER ABOUT SERVICE

To        : PT. Telekomunikasi Selular
              Jatimakmur, Pondok Gede
              Bekasi

Dear Sir

This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a PT. Telekomunikasi Selular customer service representative named Eva Rosdian.
I called PT. Telekomunikasi Selular on November 14th  to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with Modem Telkomsel Flash SU-9500U I have just bought. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Eva came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Eva put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.

I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I am returning or cancelling Modem Telkomsel Flash SU-9500U immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.

2. COMPLAINT LETTER ABOUT PRODUCT

Bekasi, Desember 12th 2016
To        : PT. Komputer Bagus
              Ahmad Yani Street No. 1
  Tangerang

Dear Sir,
Through this letter we inform you that our order had arrived on time. However, after we checked the products you sent us, there are some damages of some computers.
The damages are:
  1. 1 units of CPU do not working
  2. 2 units damaged keyboards
For the evidence, we will send you back the damage products to be re-check by your company.
We hope in the future, we would not receive anymore damaged products like this. If this thing happen again, we are sorry that we will cut off our cooperation contract.

3. COMPLAINT LETTER ABOUT SANITARY

Bekasi, Desember 12th 2016
To        : Richeese Factory Bintara
              Raya Bintara Street
              West Bekasi 17134

I visited with my friend for your Richeese Factory on December 31 for a dinner and a casual,
chat at your restaurant and I really like the food menu in your restaurant.
But not because it is that I am writing this complaint.
But this is a sanitation problem at hand washing facilities in Richeese Factory Bintara.
I was very surprised why hand washing is very dirty and unhygienic,
also why there is a toilet odor.So, my friend and I felt uncomfortable using 
the sinks and toilets.I hope you pay more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets 
on every floor and in the future no one who feels the way I felt yesterday.
